Filing Fees

Most petition types have a $50.00 filing fee. Denial of exemption petition are $0.00 except denial of exemptions for the following options: “Charter school”, “Child care facility, enterprise zone”,“Conservation land, dedicated in perpetuity”, “Economic development”, “Government Property”, “Historic Property”, and “Other” which have a $50.00 filing fee.

Payment

After reviewing your cart, continue to submit your petitions. If filing fees apply, you will be taken to payment. If no filing fee is due, your petitions will be submitted directly.
