Microfilm Imaging

  The Clerk & Comptroller's Office is the recorder of the Official Records per Florida Statutes 28.222. The primary function of the Microfilm/Imaging Department is to provide source documents in   both an analog and digital format.

  The Official Records which includes documents such as deeds, mortgages, marriage licenses, death certificates, notice of commencements and required court documents
  are available in both formats. Records on microfilm date back to 1887. Computer images for the Official Records date from 1985 to current.

  Microfilm rolls can be purchased at the cost of $42.00 for 16mm and $60.00 for 35mm per Florida Statute 28.24(6)(a)(b). Paper copies can be purchased from
  the Official Records Department for a $1 per page per Florida Statute 28.24(8)(a). Total access to online copies requires the Clerk's Enhanced Internet Access Service Agreement.
